Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to reserve all appointments. By booking, you agree to the following:
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Your deposit is applied toward your scheduled service.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to reserve another appointment.
• Same-day reschedules are treated as same-day cancellations, as the appointment time has already been reserved exclusively for you.
• Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend their appointment will also be charged 50% of the remaining service balance.
• No-shows without payment will be unable to book future appointments.
